Refund policy
The customer may not cancel orders once accepted by Sterling ITI Ltd. However, Sterling ITI Ltd, at its discretion may allow an order to be cancelled subject to Sterling ITI Ltd recovering any cost incurred in the event of cancellation.
Faulty products or goods that have been delivered incorrectly may be returned, but the following procedure must be followed.
- The customer must contact Sterling ITI Ltd prior to any return to obtain authorisation and a returns reference.
- Goods must be returned within 14 days of the date of delivery.
- Products must be returned in their original condition and packaging.
- The Customer is responsible for returning Goods to the Company and for providing proof of delivery of such return.
- The customer must quote their order number, Sterling ITI Ltd document number and the returns reference within the returned goods.
- Re-stocking charges may apply to returned orders, check before sending back.

Goods manufactured or customised to a customer’s specific requirements may not be returned unless they are faulty. Services such as carriage, configuration and calibration will not be credited.
