Designed for direct installation into pipelines, tanks, vessels, heat exchangers and process equipment, these industrial dial thermometers are suitable for chemical processing, food and beverage production, pharmaceutical manufacturing, power generation, water treatment, HVAC systems and OEM machinery.
Manufactured from robust stainless steel components and supplied with a calibration certificate as standard, these gas actuated thermometers provide dependable performance in harsh operating conditions. A wide range of dial diameters, temperature ranges, stem lengths and process connections are available, with bespoke configurations manufactured to suit your application.
Available with temperature measurement ranges from -20 to 600 °C with Class 1.0 accuracy (1% of FSD). The 100mm (4”) diameter dial is Nitrogen gas actuated with a case and bezel made from stainless steel.
It has a 12.7mm (1/2″) diameter plain rigid stem, available in lengths from 100mm to 900mm as standard with vertical bottom entry, for use with compression fittings for easy process connection.
